Returns Policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags intact.

2. Eligible Items for Return

• Products with manufacturing defects.

• Incorrectly shipped products.

Exceptions: Personalised items, underwear, or hygiene products are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Provide details about the product and the reason for the return. For defective items, please send photos or videos.

• Wait for our instructions regarding the return shipment.

4. Return Costs

• For defective items or shipping errors: We will cover the return costs.

• For returns due to change of mind: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address specified by our support team.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
